Sweet Shop Blog Hop! with the Cooking with Cricut DT - DAY 1

With Valentine’s Day just a few days away we are sharing some wonderful ideas and inspiration for your viewing and crafting pleasure! Each Design Team member will be featuring an original project each day (Saturday & Sunday) made especially for this hop. Plantin Schoolbook or other comparable (Circles and Heart)

(Little Tip: I used the top layer of the "O" from Ciny Loo and "Hide" the "O" part and layered it on top of the Heart and welded them to make the same effect.)

Mix It Up

With so many of us getting bad weather and a ton of snow it is hard to imagine that Winter will ever be over. But, with Punxsutawney Phil seeing his shadow there is a sliver of hope that Spring will eventually come, and may even be earlier than we thought. Rock On!

This year one of my resolutions is to make a card for all of our immediate family members and some close friends and send them. The first birthday is actually my father-in-law's.  He is young at heart and has always been very into music, so when I saw the Fox on the new Birthday Bash cartridge I knew it was perfect!

It is a pretty simple card, but I think it turned out great!
